Course Overview

The Gender Equity course is designed to improve your understanding of gender equality in the workplace. Drawing on the research and experience of organisations within Champions of Change Coalition and the University of Queensland, the course provides tools and information to encourage the conditions and cultures that will enable women to thrive in the workplace.

The course should take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete in total, and it is split into 3 modules.

  • Tools to move forward in assessing your own contributions to, and the importance of, gender equality in the workplace
